The Sicilian entrepreneur Vincenzo Gambuzza left Syracuse to move to Malta with a single dream: to introduce the local population to the authentic and unmatched flavors of Sicilian cuisine. In 2008, Gambuzza took the first step toward realizing his ambition by opening the first Dolce Sicilia restaurant-bar in the lively Paceville district.

Thanks to an authentically Sicilian menu, high-quality dishes, and fresh, local ingredients, the restaurant quickly gained success, captivating customers with its delicious artisanal cuisine.

Today, over a decade later, Dolce Sicilia has become synonymous with culinary excellence, with a chain of restaurants and pizzerias spread across Malta, and the brand continues to carry forward its mission of promoting authentic Sicilian flavors.
